PMGI (Project Management & Governance International) operates as a strategic advisory and project management firm. To ensure full transparency and compliance with UAE regulations, we explicitly state what we DO NOT provide directly:
No Physical Security Services
We are not a security guard company. We do not provide armed guards, bouncers, armored vehicles, or direct surveillance operations. All physical security implementation is outsourced to DPS (SIRA) licensed providers under our management.
No Legal Services
We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advocacy or representation in court. For legal structuring, contracts, and disputes, we coordinate with licensed UAE legal counsel.
No Financial Services
We are not a bank or financial institution. We do not hold client funds, offer investment products, or provide regulated financial advice. All banking solutions are facilitated through direct introduction to licensed banks.
No Real Estate Brokerage
We are not a Real Estate Agency. We advisory on location safety and secure property acquisition, but transaction facilitation is handled by RERA licensed brokers.
What We Do Provide
In contrast to the restricted activities above, our mandate focuses on:
Selection & Coordination: Vetting and managing licensed providers (security, legal, logistics) to ensure they meet client standards.
Strategic Planning: Designing security architectures, risk assessments, and operational roadmaps.
Independent Oversight: Acting strictly on the Client’s side to audit performance and costs of third-party vendors.
